The state commission that oversees purchases for health, mental health and nutrition services for residents spent more than $37 million on the top five IT purchases in October.

The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) spent exactly $37,548,129 on its five largest such buys. Here, with rounding, is where that money went, based on data from the Texas Comptroller’s (CPA) “Payment to Payee” visualization.
