The state entity charged with keeping Texans safe made $1.12 million of purchases of IT services in the third quarter of 2022 and spent $1.01 million on the 10 largest.

CBM Archives, a document management company, led the list at the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) at just over $476,000. According to the CBM website, the company “has met the needs of a variety of agencies and has grown to become an industry leader in providing document management solutions for government agencies and law enforcement. ... The client base has primarily been in law enforcement with an emphasis on the archiving of critical documents, including criminal histories. ...”
