The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) has issued a request for offers (RFO) from vendors capable of providing a configurable computerized maintenance management system.

TWC requires a software-as-a-service solution that can be hosted in the Texas Department of Information Resources Data Center Services. The solution will be used to support the agency’s Facilities Operations and Maintenance programs.

The chosen solution will allow TWC to intake, review, filter, submit and monitor requests related to a variety of tasks. The solution must manage work orders, equipment/assets, inventory, workforce tracking, costs and reporting.

Functional requirements include keyword searching, a role-based security model, report generation and incomplete submission request prevention.

More detailed information about RFO No. 3202500135, all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. The due date for submissions is 10 a.m. Jan. 31. Delight Dehorty is the point of contact for this solicitation.
