TxDMV to Modernize Its Grant Management Tracking System

The DMV aims to replace its existing grant management and tracking system web application, which is currently managed by Texas A&M University.

The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has issued a request for information regarding the procurement of a modernized grant management tracking system.

The DMV aims to replace its existing grant management and tracking system web application with one that streamlines application availability, payment, registration, submission, review, tracking, reporting and monitoring processes.

Listed requirements for the grant management solution include grant and system interface development capabilities, web application support for various user roles, access and change control mechanisms, mobile-friendly design, post-deployment maintenance, compliance with state data protection and privacy standards, and Excel export capabilities.

The solution must also include grant application, invoicing, scoring, tracking and monitoring functionalities and expenditure, grantee, inventory, performance and budget reporting capabilities.

Respondents to the RFI are required to provide estimated pricing for their proposed solution.
