UT Austin Requests Athletics Career Services Website

The University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for a career services platform, specifically for student athletes and alumni.

According to the RFP, “Annually there are an average of 550 students enrolled at the University that participate in NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletics, which includes an average of 125 student-athletes graduating each year.”

The requirements listed in the RFP include a solution that meets ISO security requirements of confidential data, branded network website with a specific URL, unlimited user and administrative accounts, a roster management and reporting tool, and a platform that supports mentorship programming and management.

The university will require in-person and/or web-based training, an estimated timeline for full implementation and additional training as software updates become available.
