The University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin) has issued a request for offers (RFO) for a comprehensive career services management system (CSMS).

According to the solicitation, the system “will serve as the primary technical resource for career-related services for students, alumni, employers and campus administrators.”

At a minimum, the CSMS must include integrated tools for recruitment, appointment tracking, event management, experiential learning opportunities, digital resume books, customizable surveys, a resource library and a newsletter communication module.

The system’s event management function must be capable of supporting both in-person and virtual events, such as career fairs, information sessions and office hours. In-person capabilities include name tag printing and attendance kiosk check-in swiping.

The university plans to launch the requested platform by April 2025.

More detailed information about RFO No. 721-24085, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. The deadline for proposals is 2:30 p.m. Sept. 20. The questions and answers period is ongoing. Michelle Bernal is the point of contact for this RFO.
