UT Dallas Requests Contract Life Cycle Management System

The university requires a system that is capable of streamlining contract management processes and features a customizable user interface.

The University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for a contract life cycle management (CLM) system.

According to the RFP, UT Dallas currently uses PeopleSoft and Jaggaer eProcurement services for its financial and procurement activities.

The university requires a CLM system capable of streamlining contract management processes, importing information from PeopleSoft and Jaggaer automatically, producing agreement reports, generating visual aids for the analysis of contract data performance metrics, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and process automation.

The system must feature a customizable user interface, role-based access controls and ongoing maintenance updates.
