The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for an expense compliance monitoring solution.
According to the RFP, UTD is requesting “a technology solution that would put extensive automation in place to monitor, analyze and mitigate the University's spend risk – across travel & expense, One Card (purchasing and travel), payables, procurement, and general ledger entries.”
The requested solution must continuously monitor the university’s spending to identify high-risk transactions and patterns that could lead to financial loss.
Proposed solutions must automate spend analysis, prioritize risk, reduce manual compliance review efforts, control financial processing risks and identify process breakdowns.
