UT Dallas Requests Human Resources Care Management System

The University of Texas as Dallas (UT Dallas) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for a human resources case management system.

According to the RFP, UT Dallas is seeking a customizable, centralized system capable of case management, advanced reporting, analytics and potential for integrating a compliance hotline.

The university requires the installation and configuration of the requested system, data migration, user training and documentation, system customization, data integration feeds, onboarding and ongoing support and maintenance.

The requested system must include a role-based access control system, secure data encryption, user authentication and robust access controls.
