The University of Texas as Dallas (UT Dallas) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for a human resources case management system.

According to the RFP, UT Dallas is seeking a customizable, centralized system capable of case management, advanced reporting, analytics and potential for integrating a compliance hotline.

The university requires the installation and configuration of the requested system, data migration, user training and documentation, system customization, data integration feeds, onboarding and ongoing support and maintenance.
