UT Health Science Center Requests Workplace Communications Solution

The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSA) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for an intranet platform, digital signage and mobile app workplace communications solution.

According to the RFP, UTHSA has over 7,900 employees and an annual operating budget of $1.23 billion.

Proposed solutions must be easy to use, provide detailed analytic reports and be capable of integrating with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

At a minimum, the solution must have in-platform and email notifications, mobile device notifications, content aging, byline components, news article template-building capabilities, social engagement functions, approval workflows, language translation, content-following capabilities and information collection form creation capabilities.
