The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSA) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for a web-based immunization tracking system.

According to the solicitation, the requested system must track the immunization records of students across six schools with 60 relevant programs. UTHSA takes in about 1,500 new students each year, with a total of about 4,200 students.

The system must store data electronically, allow for completed forms and immunization records to be printed directly from the system, allow for compliance checking, adjust according to varying compliance regulations, and monitor and report compliance or non-compliance with institutional policies.

Integration with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and data extraction from UTHSA’s current systems are also required.
