The University of Texas System (UT System) is requesting proposals from vendors who can provide an online tuition payment platform.
According to the request for proposals (RFP), the UT System Supply Chain Alliance, an in-house group purchasing organization representing all 14 of the system’s institutions, expects to spend an average of $1.7 million annually during the anticipated 10-year term of a contract resulting from this RFP.
The preferred platform is a comprehensive, scalable, cloud-hosted payment platform that supports tuition and institutional payment processing across all 14 UT System institutions.
The software-as-a-service solution must integrate with the UT System’s student information systems, ERP platforms, payment processors and campus portals.
The chosen vendor is required to provide the necessary hardware components, implementation support, onboarding, configuration and training.
