The Victoria Independent School District (ISD) has issued catalog discount requests for proposals (RFP) for digital learning and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) software.

The district seeks MTSS software applications that are compatible with PC computers and available in Spanish. The desired software will monitor student progress, track task completion, include a behavior screening tool and conduct data reporting.

Requested digital learning software solutions include online courses, adaptive intervention, simulations, tiered content support, games, tutorials and problem-solving activities.

The digital learning products must be comprehensive, customizable, available across a range of reading levels, evidence based and available in Spanish while supporting adaptive learning, data reporting and progress monitoring.

Both RFP No. 2025-20 and 2025-21 are due May 7 at 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., respectively. More detailed information can be found online. Jeffrey Chandler is the point of contact for both.
