The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) has issued a request for offers (RFO) from vendors capable of providing a configurable computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for its facilities, operations and maintenance programs.

TWC prefers a commercially available software-as-a-service option that can adapt quickly to changing program requirements and be hosted in the Texas Department of Information Resources Data Center Services.

At a minimum, the CMMS must manage work orders, assets, inventory, workforce, cost, and planning and reporting.

The system must also be electronic and information resources accessible and compliant with Texas data privacy and cybersecurity standards.

More detailed information about RFO No. 3202400150, all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. Questions regarding the RFO are due at 5 p.m. July 1. The due date for submissions is 10 a.m. July 30. Delight Dehorty is the point of contact for this solicitation.
