Bill Mueller is the longtime chief executive officer of the civic leadership group Valley Vision, based in Sacramento. He has extensive experience in the private and public sectors, having served as Global Business Manager for Intel Corp. and as policy adviser and field representative for members of Congress as well as for members of the state Senate and Assembly. He is leaving Valley Vision in January after 15 years of service.
