Blaine Wasylkiw

Blaine Wasylkiw is California's Deputy Chief Technology Innovation Officer within the California Department of Technology. Before being appointed to this role, he was the Chief Web Officer for the state of California. In both his previous and current positions, he plays a key role in state government's digital transformation. He describes himself as “focused on helping to ensure positive digital experiences for the people of California.”
