The goal of the Think Different! webinar is to inspire ideas for filling critical talent gaps in California's State workforce with neurodiverse employees. Neurodiverse candidates often have the capabilities and skills needed by various State agencies, but are often not considered for these positions.
By learning new ways to approach candidate searches, taking advantage of the proven benefits of hiring neurodiverse people, and accessing accommodations available to employers at no charge, the State can leverage the talent of underemployed neurodiverse candidates to meet challenges in emerging skill fields such as data analytics, machine learning, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, AI, and more.
