Reminder: 2016 California State Fair Champion of Technology Nominations Due March 11

The California State Fair is now accepting nominations for its 2016 Champion of Technology awards, which recognizes "demonstrated benefit to California through commendable technological achievement."

The California State Fair is now accepting nominations for its 2016 Champion of Technology awards, which recognizes "demonstrated benefit to California through commendable technological achievement."

This year the State Fair will recognize two technology champions: an individual and a project or organization. California residents and businesses with headquarters in California are eligible for nomination. The winners will be recognized during the annual State Fair Gala in June.

Last year's Champions of Technology winners were City of Winters Mayor Cecilia Aguiar-Curry and Alameda County.

Nomination forms and supporting documents for the Champion of Technology Awards must be emailed by Friday, March 11, 2016, to both:
