The county of Alameda has several developing opportunities tucked inside its budget proposal for 2016-2017.
The Information Technology Department lists objectives that include a redesign of the county’s website and a partnership with the Social Services Agency that will help create a workforce distribution tool that will automate casework.
The county also has an open RFP for telephony procurement and support systems. The vendor is expected to provide call management systems, equipment installation and additions to the network.
The voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) vendor must have at least three years of experience as an Avaya Business Partner.
The contract is estimated to be for three years with two one-year extension options.
