Monday marked the launch of the Department of General Services’ eMarketplace portal, giving state entities a new avenue to access goods and services provided through leveraged procurement agreements (LPAs).

In November 2025, the department introduced LPA goods and services search functionality as part of phase one of the eMarketplace initiative. This latest launch allows departments and other state entity buyers to request offers and make purchases through the portal.

State entities looking to purchase goods or services through LPAs are required to do so through the eMarketplace portal, the announcement notes.

In addition, DGS is offering on-demand training courses and instructor-led webinars, accessible through the Statewide Procurement Training Learning Management System.

More information about the eMarketplace is available here.
