The $3.3 million project took just under three years to complete and came in slightly under budget, with a total estimated cost of $3.32 million.
The new system provided oversight for an Identity Access Management (IAM) program and migrated all application and infrastructures for request workflows to ServiceNow. The previous workflow system is now a read-only version to comply with data archival regulations.
The new system unifies all identity access and includes a policy and procedure manual to support and educate users.
