The California County Information Services Directors Association, CCISDA, will close its exhibit space lottery tonight at midnight.
The lottery is for spaces at the Fall Conference, Sept. 16-19. The conference will be held in San Diego and over 90 companies have entered the lottery. Winners will be informed by noon on Friday and have until Tuesday to accept.
CCISDA is an organization of county IT employees and CIOs that holds two conferences a year. All 58 counties are represented in the organization.
The conference and all CCISDA resources aim to provide training, staff development, and support to member counties' IT staff.
Workgroups under CCISDA, such as Rural/Small Counties, Information Security Forum, and Criminal Justice and Property Tax, meet quarterly.
Techwire will be providing daily coverage from the Fall Conference.
