With previous professional affiliations including Microsoft, Oracle and UiPath, she said, “My goal is to bring a unique perspective to the ‘Where’s my spend’ visibility challenge that many state and local government agencies face.” City Innovate’s public-sector clients include departments in state government.
Fitzgerald explained why she chose to join the company: “After four years in the Robotic Process Automation space, I saw a massive opportunity with City Innovate with their Document Process Automation solution, helping state agencies and departments streamline their procurement process in order to make smart data-driven decisions on their spend — which is critical in 2024.”
Tracey Reliford, City Innovate’s regional sales director, lauded Fitzgerald’s experience and skills.
“We are delighted to welcome Molly to the California sales team,” Reliford said. “Her extensive expertise, gained through a distinguished career at UiPath, brings profound insights into the state and its dynamics. Molly’s background in public-sector software and her success in building startups make her an ideal match for City Innovate. We are excited to see the impact Molly will make to our valued customers in California.”
Fitzgerald received her bachelor’s degree in communications from California State University, Chico.
