At OTech, we know how important it is to invest in the right tools for the job, and your feedback helps us make sure we’re offering what you need most. We’ve been hard at work over the last few months interviewing and surveying customers to sharpen our insights. On Oct. 25, OTech will hold a Business Partner Forum to reveal what we’ve learned. Our goal is to use this greater understanding to improve our tools and services.

We are continuing to assess the Data Center’s operational business model. Your participation in our surveys helps drive key decisions on how to sustain and improve our ability to successfully support our customers. OTech wants to help you realize your own IT visions to modernize, optimize and stabilize your products and services.

If you’d like to engage with us even more, make sure to follow us on social media. Our Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts are a great way to stay up to date on what’s going on at OTech and across the California Department of Technology (CDT).

In a future publication of “CDT Connect: OTech Edition,” we’ll share an update on our Year One Strategic initiatives and how they tie into our multiyear road map. For now, we thank you for your continued communication and readership as we tune up our services.
