With both domestic and international eyes watching, Child Welfare Digital Services has been feeling the pressure of bringing a massive agile development project to the largest state government in the country. To alleviate the pressure, program managers have pushed for transparency. Part of that transparency effort includes sprint reviews and monthly solution demos. Here are the sprint reviews from the beginning of this month and the Oct/Nov Monthly CWDS Solution Demo video.
Slides: The Intake and TPT1 Sprint Review provided an overview by the Technical Platform Team (TPT1), showcasing improvements such as a dashboard for case investigators that includes history, relationship and relevant allegations in one place.
