Flemer's official title is regional director for U.S. West SLED, where his focus will be on modernization for public-sector entities. Flemer's experience with public-sector technology goes back more than two decades, with roles at Apple, Oracle, MongoDB and other companies. His most recent role was as regional director for California and Nevada SLED at cybersecurity firm Fortinet.
“In this role, I’m focused on helping SLED organizations gain the visibility they need to modernize faster and operate more efficiently,” he said. “When teams can see across their entire environment in real time, they’re better positioned to deliver reliable services to their communities.”
Flemer holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Arizona and is based in the Sacramento area.
