The Department of Technology and the Department of General Services are inviting firms that do business with the state of California to give their input on proposed parameters for the Contractor Performance Evaluation Scorecard (CPES).
The state intends to pilot the new system, which will score contractors based on key performance indicators and other criteria, sometime in 2016.
