She now serves as the data center sales executive for the California market and will work with Senior Systems Engineer Scott Belz.
She began at Dell in mid-July.
Before joining Dell EMC, Oushakoff spent three years as a senior account manager for Juniper Networks. She also spent 13 years at CA Technologies in sales and business development.
Oushakoff is a member of Sacramento's Women in Technology International.
