The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is in the early stages of replacing its Human Capital Management system.

In a request for information issued earlier this week, the department noted that it will look for a “comprehensive human resources and financial management solution” to replace its outdated system and processes.

“This solution will improve the department’s management of team member information, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, reporting, timekeeping, position control, cost allocation and data exchange,” the RFI reads.

Interested vendors must register through the City Innovate application portal. Instructions are included in the RFI package.

Questions about this RFI can be submitted to the DHCS Procurement and Contracting Division. Final responses are due by 5 p.m. Oct. 8.
