In the latter capacity, he directed and led the implementation of a new pension administration system that includes secure online self-service capabilities, and he optimized technology architectures and frameworks, according to his LinkedIn profile.
He cites “more than 24 years of experience delivering business transformations across various industry verticals including healthcare, gaming, finance, retirement, point-of-sale, services and government.”
Mittal has numerous professional credentials, and he won the CalSTRS Virtuoso Award in 2018 for “consistently modeling one or more of CalSTRS core values and for work that significantly impacts the mission and vision of the organization.”
Mittal received his bachelor of science degree with honors in physics, mathematics and statistics, and his master’s degree in computer science and applications.
