According to a request for quotations issued May 9 by DMV, proposals must be under $1 million, and the solution must have or provide:
- Ability to detect and prevent known and unknown advanced threats
- Ability to identify both internal and external threats in real time
- Ability to provide an attack detection timeline
- Real‐time, integrated threat mapping and analytics
- Behavioral analysis/attack detection
- Personalized threat intelligence reports
Darktrace says it “delivers autonomous and adaptive protection across diverse systems and distributed users” and “detects both known and unknown threats as they emerge.”

The project encompasses the following areas: antivirus, cloud computing, e-learning, online learning, managed services, portal/web services, security, software as a service (SaaS) and training/professional development services.
