EDDNext, the wide-ranging modernization of the state’s unemployment claims apparatus, is seeking a project manager who wants to work on and learn about portfolio project management, organizational change management, the state Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) process and governance as part of the EDDNext Project Oversight Group.
Desirable qualifications include:
- Experience in IT-related project portfolio management and PAL documentation, including financial analysis worksheet development
- Experience in managing the development and administration of project management policies, procedures and standards
- Experience in integrating complex, cross-departmental processes and information strategies and designing strategic metrics and scorecards
- Experience with development life cycle management
- Experience in data integration, data warehouse, big-data-related initiatives, development and implementation
Software Systems Supervisor (IT Supervisor II)
$8,256-$11,063 per month

Candidates for this position should have a thorough understanding of enterprise technologies, the software development life cycle, project management principles, application maintenance and support and service management best practices.
Desirable qualifications include:
- Demonstrated experience with development, maintenance, support and administration of commercial off-the-shelf and software-as-a-service applications and enterprise platforms. (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, OpenText ALM, Connect-It, Docusign, ProLaw, GovQA)
- Demonstrated experience with IT project management (agile and waterfall) practices and principles and experience with JavaScript, PowerShell, SQL, APIs and web services (REST, SOAP)
- Knowledge and experience with data integration techniques and tools, ETL processes, data mapping and quality assurance
- Knowledge and experience with various system development methodologies and with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management practices

DMV is seeking “a highly skilled architect” to be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the IT portfolio of DMV’s comprehensive technology landscape. This role is “primarily focused on crafting a detailed blueprint of the networked systems architecture.” The incumbent will lead implementation of IT architecture, oversee the project from inception to successful completion, and guarantee that the final execution “aligns with the initial vision and business requirements.”
