Gartner Promotes 2, Adds 2 in Consultant Roles

All are part of the company’s North America State and Local Government Practice.

Two technology professionals have joined the Gartner Consulting office in Sacramento, and two have been promoted. All are part of the company’s North America State and Local Government Practice.

Alyssa Sibley

Alyssa Sibley has joined Gartner Consulting as a consultant. She brings several years of private-sector consulting experience with a strong background in numerous workstreams, most notably workflow mapping and evaluation, digital and physical content security, and application portfolio management and rationalization. Sibley holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences at the University of Southern California.

Emmanuel Escamilla

Emmanuel Escamilla joins Gartner Consulting as a consultant with more than six years’ experience in public outreach and engagement and academic and market research. Escamilla’s previous experience includes educational, social and public-sector clients. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Davis; a master of divinity from Harvard University; and a bachelor of arts in religious studies from UC Berkeley.

Trevor Jha was recently promoted to director. Jha has more than nine years’ experience in project management, benchmarking, business process re-engineering and solutions management. Before joining Gartner, Jha worked at UC Davis as both a solutions manager and a product owner. He holds a Master of Business Administration from UC Davis and a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from UC Davis. Jha also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Nikhil Nayak

Nikhil Nayak was recently promoted to associate director. He has three years’ experience in business process re-engineering, procurement strategy and support, and marketplace analysis. Before joining Gartner, Nayak worked for several cybersecurity solution vendors in product marketing management and product management. He holds a Master of Business Administration from UC Davis and a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from UC Davis.
