In calendar year 2017, the state had almost 18,000 purchase orders for IT goods, IT services and telecom.
More than 3,000 purchase orders for IT goods, IT services and telecom were made in June. Orders began to climb in May, surpassing 1,500 per month as the end of the fiscal year approached.
In July, the first month of the fiscal year, fewer than 1,000 purchase orders were made.
