The State Personnel Board is seeking a vendor to provide software as a service for a Web and mobile app. The app will act as the board's portal and allow access to documents, files, agendas and archives. The contract is for three years, with an option to extend up to two years. The app should allow for creation and modification of the Board Book as well as annotation to be made directly on the documents.
The RFP closes Tuesday, Feb. 13.
The Department of Toxic Substances Control needs support services for a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system. This could include program backups, debugging and diagnosis of hardware. Along with a responsibility for servers and client terminals, the vendor would maintain the system's WebSpace Software.
The RFP closes on Feb. 27.
The California Department of Technology has issued an RFP for off-the-shelf vendor-hosted subscription services (VHSS) to provide on-demand software-as-a-service solutions to all levels of California governments. The services would solve problems and assist in business needs for each jurisdiction.
The RFP closes Feb. 22.
The Department of Forestry and Fire Protection wants a National Fire Incident Reporting System-compliant Web app for CalFire. The app will record incidents and must not lose any data or have system outages. The system must also be Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)-compliant and work for multiple locations throughout the state.
The RFP is due Feb. 21.
The Department of State Hospitals has issued a request for information (RFI) for information about an Electronic Health Record from software and billing vendors.
