“I’m really excited to join the Optm team, as Optm was always one of my go-to partners when I was at DSH,” Hinkle told Industry Insider — California. “In this role, I’m going to be focusing on working with state departments and agencies and bringing technology solutions to their business problems.”
While he was CIO for DSH, Hinkle was featured in an Industry Insider “One-on-One” interview, in which he discussed the department’s move to telework and other topics.
Hinkle is a graduate of California State University at Sacramento, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and government. He is also an alumnus of the California Department of Technology’s Information Technology Leadership Academy.
