L.A. County ISD Seeks Software, Hardware, Professional Services

The county’s Internal Services Department has several open solicitations, including requests for storage hardware, security and automation software.

Los Angeles County has several IT solicitations open for bid. Among the most recent IT bid postings from the Internal Services Department are for automation and security software renewals, storage hardware and professional services.

The county’s bid opportunity system will not allow direct links to the individual solicitations. Vendors interested in bidding on these items will have to copy the RFB numbers listed below and paste them into the system search bar found here.

ISD is looking for a one-year Automox subscription renewal and premium support. According to its website, Automox is an automated patching, configuration and control solution for Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints. This solicitation (RFB-IS-24201247) was posted May 21 and bids are due no later than 12 p.m. June 4. The point of contact for this posting is Yui Hung Wan.

ISD is also looking for a vendor for Venafi cybersecurity software core renewal and Venafi TLS Protect Max certificate monitoring, which tracks secure sockets layer and transport layer security (SSL/TLS) certificates. Another solicitation was posted for NetApp storage expansion devices, data encryption software, five years of hardware maintenance and SupportEdge professional services.
