The Lottery is also recruiting for a business solutions architect (IT Specialist II) to perform “the most complex business analysis, design, planning and implementation” and to “create and maintain business process documentation and requirements for IT applications and lead impact analysis for change requests.”
The duties of the position, according to the job posting and duty statement, include:
- Develop and maintain business flow diagrams for all Lottery applications and interdependencies.
- Evaluate and analyze change requests, system impacts, and alternate solutions.
- Assesses business scope, complexities, risks, and mitigation strategies.
