It is the third round of a program known as the Presidential Innovation Fellows initiative.
“Since the initiative launched two years ago, fellows have been delivering impressive results at start-up speed, from enabling consumers to save money on electricity bills to helping millions of Americans get access to their own health information online," U.S. Deputy Chief Technology Officer Jennifer Pahlka said in the YouTube video.
Round three priorities include the use technology to help veterans get access to services, innovating data resources and crowdsourcing government.
