Public-Sector Technologists Recognized for Leadership, Achievements, Inspiration

Aman Bhullar was named the Chief Information Officer of the Year for his accomplishments as Los Angeles County’s assistant registrar-recorder/county clerk and CIO for that department.

Technologists from several Southern California government agencies have been recognized for their leadership, inspiration and achievements with IT Leadership Awards.

The honors were given at last week’s Los Angeles IT Leadership Forum, an event presented by Industry Insider California’s sister publication, Government Technology.

“On behalf of Industry Insider California, we congratulate all the IT Leadership award winners,” said Mike Driessen, vice president of Subscription Services for e.Republic, parent of Industry Insider and Government Technology. “Today’s IT environments are complex and require strong leadership to manage the diverse technologies and resources needed to succeed. IT leaders are often behind the scenes, and these awards represent an opportunity for them to be duly recognized for their work.”
