California CIO Carlos Ramos has been appointed a director on the NASCIO Executive Committee for the 2014-’15 program year.
The National Association of State Chief Information Officers is now led by Stu Davis, Ohio CIO and assistant director, and NASCIO president for the 2014-15 program year. Davis succeeds Mississippi CIO and executive director, Craig Orgeron. Nevada CIO David Gustafson is the association’s vice president.
Ramos is one of eight state CIOs serving on the Executive Committee, which directs the association’s general business, including strategic planning, membership policy, dues; and approving the annual budget and business workplan.
