The city of San Diego has issued a request for proposals (RFP) seeking qualified vendors to upgrade and manage its electronic filing system. The system is used by city employees, candidates, lobbyists and other designated filers for submitting required disclosures and documents.
The City Clerk’s Office is looking for a contractor to not only maintain but also enhance the current portal, ensuring improved functionality, user experience and alignment with city technical standards.
Interested vendors must submit their proposals by 2 p.m. Aug. 26. The deadline for questions is noon Aug. 5.
