SANDAG Issues RFP for Financial Management System

The San Diego Association of Governments is looking for a vendor to supply a Treasury Management Reporting System.

The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) has issued a request for proposals for a web-based Treasury Management Reporting System (TMS).

The solicitation, published Aug. 26, calls for a vendor capable of providing “robust data aggregation capabilities in a reporting data warehouse solution.”

According to its website, SANDAG is a metropolitan planning organization that handles regional issues including transportation, clean energy, economic development, public health, public safety and housing.

“SANDAG’s primary objective is to increase efficiency and streamline the reporting process on SANDAG’s assets valued at approximately $1 billion for the purpose of providing safety of principal and liquidity,” the request reads. “The successful proposer will primarily provide report generation services for SANDAG encompassing SANDAG’s cash, cash equivalents, and investments … .”

Questions can be submitted until 2 p.m. Sept. 3. Proposals are due by 4 p.m. Sept. 5.
