The Superior Court of California at Santa Clara County is looking for a contractor to upgrade the court’s voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) system.
The upgrade will include hardware and software installation and design. Ongoing support such as staff training and maintenance services would also be included.
The upgrade will integrate Nortel PBX to a ShoreTel VoIP system. The upgrade will take place across seven courthouses. However, this RFP is for the first three locations’ upgrades. These locations include 170 users and 16 courtrooms with more than 300 devices.
The RFP closes on Dec. 22.
