The incumbent will report to the chief information officer and the deputy director of the Information Technology Services Division and will be responsible for managing the Enterprise Transformation, Innovation and Support Branch.

Among the desirable qualifications for this position are:
- Strong leadership skills and expert knowledge of time management techniques and supervisory and management principles, practices and techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in IT procurement and acquisitions, IT budget and cost management, and administration operations.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and portfolio governance including IT intake, IT portfolio management and enterprise governance functions.
- Expert knowledge and experience in contract and vendor management including the oversight of complex contract and vendor management functions.
- Demonstrated experience in the principles of enterprise architecture including the development and implementation of strategic plans, innovative solutions and technology road maps.
The position has a monthly salary range of $10,734 to $13,048, and the application deadline is Jan. 27.
