The state Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is seeking to fill an assistant deputy director position to lead its Multi-Sourcing Integration and Digital Services teams in the California Medical Management Information System (CA-MMIS) division. Responsibilities include “leading the efforts to replace the existing legacy CA-MMIS with a more modern approach.” This is a Career Executive Assignment (C.E.A.) position in West Sacramento, with a salary range of $9,625 to $11,465 per month. The city of Sacramento has two openings for senior applications developers — one a Web administrator, and the other a database administrator. Both positions are within the city’s Enterprise Applications Division of the Department of Information Technology. The database administrator position requires experience with Oracle PeopleSoft, OpenText Documentum, GIS, Infor EAM and CityWorks. The Web administrator position requires expertise in Web content, usability, accessibility, system architecture, development and design. Both positions are posted here and have a salary range of $3,139 to $4,119 per month.

The CSU Chancellor’s Office is looking for a deputy chief information officer/chief technology innovation officer for a position in the Long Beach headquarters. The position reports to the CIO and includes responsibility for identifying “innovative practices and products under development in private industry that can assist with CSU challenges and priorities.” Application deadline is Friday.

CSU is also looking for a chief information security officer, “to act as a member of the ITS senior management team.
