The Department of Health Care Services has an open RFI for an automated recovery management system. The system will work with the COBOL-based mainframe. It must also work with the mainframe’s Electronic Document Management System. The RFI closes Friday.

The California Department of Technology is seeking vendors for governance risk and compliance software subscriptions, specifically Rsam. The RFQ includes the subscription and support for the Rsam framework. The RFQ closes June 14.
The California Health and Human Services Agency's Office of Systems Integration released a pre-solicitation RFP for a California Healthcare Eligibility, Enrollment and Retention System (CalHEERS). The vendor would offer a proposal for system development, maintenance and operations. The solicitation will close June 15.
The Department of Parks and Recreation needs a citation management system to process parking citations and introduce digital management options. The system must integrate handwritten violations, digital payments along with checks and digital ticketing systems. The RFP closes July 24.
The Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is looking for a vendor to provide a platform as a service for an offender management system. The vendor will provide support and maintenance after modernizing the current system. The RFP closes Aug. 31.
The CDCR is also looking for a managed telephone system that includes call monitoring and recording. The digital system will include an automated operator and the ability to investigate calls. The request closes Nov. 30.
The Secretary of State's Office recently awarded a system integrator contract for CAL-ACCESS Replacement System. Enterprise Services LLC, a Perspecta company, was selected for the contract.
