Hess has been with Zoom Imaging Solutions for more than five years, most recently as a key account manager. Much of that time was spent on business development and value-added technology sales.
He's spent his career in the private sector, with 12 years as a project manager for SH Consulting and almost a year as an IT specialist for Hewlett-Packard.
Hess started his education at Sierra College and received his bachelor's in business administration with a concentration in management information systems from Sac State.
