Techwire Member Briefing: What’s Ahead for FI$Cal?

Techwire members are invited to register for a live virtual briefing with the leader of the Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal), Miriam Ingenito. The director will provide an update on what her department has been focused on in the past year, what’s on the front burner now, and what opportunities may lie ahead for those in the vendor community.

FI$Cal recently crossed a key milestone by integrating almost all units of state government into the master system for budgeting, accounting, procurement and cash management. Ingenito, who last month marked her sixth year as FI$Cal director, will also field questions from Techwire members during the briefing, which runs from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
