The opening session, moderated by Communications Director Bill Maile, included information from Project Director Tony Fortenberry.
Fortenberry presented on the project vision, the technology platform and the "extensible ecosystem of software" that can be layered on top for additional functionality and "allows for the continuous expansion of the environment," Fortenberry said.
The event, which ran about 3.5 hours, included a webcast and live questions from audience members over the phone and via the webinar.
Both parts of the forum included updates on active teams and the project's development stages.
